Dr. Salman Khan joined Renal Specialists of Houston in 1998. After completing a fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Texas Health Science Center, he practiced in Fort Worth for two years before moving to Houston. Expertly managing the renal care of critically ill and hospitalized patients in Pasadena, Dr. Khan is also medical director of Fresenius Kidney Care Bayshore Dialysis Center and Strawberry Park Kidney Center.
